City of Atlanta DWM – Facility Wayfinding System Development
Challenge: The Department of Watershed Management (DWM) required new wayfinding signage for the recently completed Shirley C. Franklin Pumping Station. This project also highlighted the need to update inconsistent or aging signage across DWM's older facilities.
Solution: To standardize and reinforce the Department's visual identity, I developed a new, cohesive wayfinding signage model. This new standard is now being implemented across all DWM properties, including both new construction and existing facilities.
Result: The standardized signage has been positively received, successfully modernizing the facilities and contributing to a noticeable increase in the Department's professional visual brand recognition.

City of Atlanta Municipal Option Sales Tax (MOST) Campaign
Challenge: The Department of Watershed Management required a comprehensive public education initiative to inform Atlanta citizens about the critical necessity and financial benefits of the Municipal Option Sales Tax (MOST).
Solution: A strategic, city-wide communications campaign was executed utilizing high-visibility outdoor media, including MARTA Bus Shelter ads, large-format billboards, and Atlanta Airport signage, to convey essential campaign messaging.
Result: The campaign successfully garnered significant public support, achieving an approval rating exceeding 70% from Atlanta citizens.

City of Atlanta - DWM at WEFTEC 2019 Conference
Challenge: Develop a highly visible and engaging booth display for the Department of Watershed Management's presence at the WEFTEC 2019 Conference, including a 20-foot backdrop, retractable banners, and informational printed resources and giveaways.
Solution: Leveraging the close alignment between DWM and WEFTEC branding, I designed larger-than-life visuals that maximized visibility across the conference hall. This strategy was specifically intended to draw attendees in for an interactive learning experience focused on the City's technological advancements in water system management.
Result: The final display was highly successful, generating significant foot traffic and ensuring the effective dissemination of key educational resources to conference attendees.
